To get started, cut back on these:
- C – Carbonated sugary drinks, including diet sodas.
- R – Refined sugars, like biscuits, cakes, sweets, and breakfast cereals.
- A – Artificial sweeteners, such as aspartame and saccharine.
- P – Processed foods, including takeaways, ready meals, and packaged meats.
EAT MORE FOOD!
Replace the above with nutrient-rich alternatives:
- F – Fresh fruit and vegetables. The fresher, the better.
- O – Organic lean proteins like meat, fish, eggs, tofu, and beans.
- O – Omega fatty acids from sources like salmon, mackerel, nuts, and plant oils.
- D – Drink more water to flush out toxins and improve overall health.
