Love & Intimacy is almost always associated with an exclusive relationship with a member of the opposite success.
That is the usual way to start. When we suddenly find ourselves feeling incomplete we look for a partner to provide us with love, excitement and hopefully completeness.
This is the kind of love that all the songs, poems, novels and rom-coms focus on. And by pursuing it we are fulfilling our ‘biological imperative’ of having children and re-populating the planet.
