Why can’t you Sleep?

Last Tuesday our Sleep Expert Johann Callaghan delivered a brilliant and informative seminar on the importance of getting enough good quality sleep.
It doesn’t just cause you to feel tired during the day it contributes to many other health issues. These include being over-weight, diabetes, heart disease, and weakened immune system. This latter means you are more likely to catch colds, coughs and flu, and maybe even covid!

Johann is launching her new system called Sleep Your Way to Success to help empower you in your Career, Business, Mission or Family. It will provide masses of support and guidance to help you improve the quantity and quality of your sleep.
I am hoping Johann will agree to us hosting her webinar as an ‘evergreen event’ in the members of the Butterfly Club. In the meantime, I hear she may be running the same webinar again before 5th November when she launches her Sleep your Way to Success programme. We will let you know when we get details.

Hot Tip from Johann

Can you sing? Of course, you can. You did when you were a child! – singing or even humming stimulates the Vagus nerve which in turn helps you sleep. Don’t know what the Vagus nerve is? Google it and you will be surprised.
