Surprising Result

In a recent survey midlife women were asked about their health needs and what they felt that most held them back. The result was a surprise.
Instead of a medical condition or perimenopause, the most common answer was lack of enough good quality Sleep.

So we have our Better Sleep ExpertJohann Callaghan on hand throughout the sessions to give us her tips and wisdom on getting more and better sleep. She has even done a special memory jogger of Ten Tips for a better Nights Sleep
With over a decade of study, teaching, and coaching in the field of sleep and health, Johann discovered the crucial role sleep plays in the lives of midlife women.

Quality sleep isn’t just a luxury but a cornerstone of vitality, affecting brain health, mood, immune strength, and overall well-being.

Sleep deprivation can disrupt the natural regulation of our hormones, leading to increased stress, appetite dysregulation, decreased metabolism.

Understanding the significance of sleep is paramount for midlife women to help navigate the many changes their bodies undergo. Johann will show you, by embracing the benefits of good quality sleep, the midlife woman can optimise her health, energy levels, and overall quality of life during this transformative stage.
