Norma Sherwin is The Care Home Manager’s Champion. She gives care to those who care for others.

I asked Norma to tell us about herself and this is what she wrote:

I was a nurse, then a care home manager. I worked in healthcare for 38 years. I ended my career in healthcare working on a quality team for a corporate company. I was a turnaround manager for the homes and had a lot of success bringing them to a higher standard.

And now I am an Holistic coach. I am currently working with care home providers to support their care home man

agers with their work and wellbeing balance.  This is an area that I believe has been vastly overlooked and now it is more important than ever to support managers in their role.

Using group coaching and if needed one to one coaching I support them and encourage them to support each other.
