The Butterfly Club is running our Twelve Days of Stressmas again this year to support women at this difficult time of year.
CHRISTMAS COMES BUT ONCE A YEAR
AND WHEN IT COMES IT BRINGS STRESS AND FEAR.
You may think Fear is too strong a word.
I believe all the stress, worry and anxiety we suffer is based on fear that everything won’t go right or be ready in time.
Our programme is designed to reduce your stress with tips, ideas, meditations and tapping to relieve emotional stress caused by various issues around Christmas.
We have tips about Christmas shopping and preparations. modern tapping routines to deal with specific issues that cause stress and a daily meditation to use to calm yourself down at the beginning or end of the day, or whenever you need it.
Can I start with the a personal recommendation?
To be at your best before and during Christmas you need to:
GIVE YOURSELF SOME PERSONAL TIME ON YOUR OWN
TO CATCH YOUR BREATH AND CALM YOURSELF.
This can be as little five minutes in the loo, as long you consciously make the time work for You by deep breathing and calming your mind.
Better would be fifteen minutes to come here and listen to the Meditation or one of the Emotional Freedom Tapping sessions.
We have created this programme to help you have a happier and calmer Christmas.
