Get Ready for Spring

To help us get through these last dank days of winter,  we are focusing on Getting Ready for Spring.

Spring is a time of renewal, a new beginning and a perfect opportunity to restore balance and organize your life.

Spring is the ideal time to take stock and make changes. Our Experts have created articles to help you make crucial decisions, deal with obstacles, and set a new course toward happiness.

The most important ingredient to a happy and fruitful Spring is good Health and Wellness.Get Ready for Spring 1

There is a lot more to health than not being ill. Wellness is an increasingly recognised term which means so much more than not being medically ill. It is open ended. There is no limit to the amount your wellness can be improved, irrespective of your age.

We want to help you with our Magazine articles and videos.  So we are focusing on two areas.

One is Sleep. We can all benefit from more and better sleep. Since I changed my bedtime about a year ago, I have experienced a major improvement in wellness and productivity.
So
we have Johann Callaghan talking about What You Should Know About Sleep and Tips for Better Sleep.

The second area is simple action you can take to improve your wellness with practical, easy and cheap Tips for Healthier Living.    Our expert here is Janette Derham who is a Natural Health Expert. Our view is that making these small changes of habit gradually can have a cumulative effect that becomes visible with a few weeks.

We will also have contributions on Managing Your Perimenopause, Spring Clearing Your Mind of Negativity and Recording Your Actions and Progress.

However, there will be other topics coming up this month including Life cycle of a Butterfly, Taking control of your finances and Talking to Midlife Men.

Oh, and I hope we will have another article from Alison about Improving Intimacy in Middle Life.

So keep coming back over the next few weeks to learn how you can Get Ready for Spring.

Love Jean
